Nice decor inside and staff very friendly and efficient. Great that the cafe is open at 8 on a Sunday. Attached to a florist so be prepared that you may see a florist preparing a reef for a funeral. The door is through the adjacent florist. The first time I went I saw a florist preparing a reef on the shop floor which may be a little raw for someone if you have recently lost someone. Not a fault of the cafe but should be considered by the florist side of business. This of course will depend on the individual and timing. Went for breakfast but found the menu limited. I popped into the florist today , I was going to a funeral and I was dropping my flowers to the undertakers which was a couple of doors up. Unfortunately I had lost my card so I asked if I could buy a card I was told no we don't sell them , I asked if she could help me out , all the woman kept repeating was its not my shop im not allowed to sell or give you a card. **** ridiculous ! Refused point blank to help me . I went to Alexander's florist down the road like chalk and cheese ! The couple couldn't have been nicer or more helpful . I know which florist id choose
I went to Branching out today to purchase funeral flowers. The compassion and thoughtfulness displayed towards my daughter as she selected flowers for her father were exceptional. The staff at both the florist and the coffee shop made a difficult experience more positive. I highly recommend Branching out not only for their delicious coffee and gorgeous flowers, but also for their amazing staff who always go above and beyond to make sure your visit is a pleasant one.
Branching Out has become one of our favourite places for coffee cake particularly in these Covid times as the staff all wear masks and the tables are cleaned regularly. Service is unfailingly welcoming and courteous with staff taking the time to chat to customers who clearly value the community spirit . Coffee is frothy and hot just the way I like it, and we try a different one of their delicious home made cakes each time.

The restaurant has an incredible variety of gluten-free options and provides excellent, friendly service. They offer a selection of cakes, bagels, breakfasts, and sandwiches, all in a lovely setting. We enjoyed dining outside in the sunshine. The gluten-free bagels were delicious, and we were delighted to find they also offered a pot of rooibos tea.
I enjoy visiting this restaurant for its selection of gifts, hot beverages, and cake. However, I believe that the food menu could use improvement in terms of quality and variety. I appreciate the cozy countryside atmosphere of the restaurant and the extremely friendly staff.
Poor quality sandwich (it was on specials) very thin halloumi and sweet chilli sauce like water dripped out. Not good value for money. I am not fussy at all but this was a disappointing wrap. Won't be returning when there are much better cafes in Beckenham.
Fantastic friendly establishment. Lovely engaging staff in both the florists and the coffee shop. Decent coffee, lovely cakes always fun to visit. Highly recommend my visits help me through tough days tough moments. So much more than a coffee shop/florists
