Food was great but I was charged twice for the one visit. One of them was a chip read , the other one according to my credit card company was a manual entry which led my credit card company and myself to think that fraud was involved by way of the staff. They apparently didn't think I was going to look at my credit card statement I guess. When I called to talk to the manager he said that he was going to look into it but there was nothing he could do to force a refund on just one of those charges which quite frankly I don't believe. If you have a point of sale system then you surely have the means to force a refund there's no such thing as a point-of-sale system that would not do that. It's b...
Our first time dinning here tonight at Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse. The taste (seasoning) of the steak if I compare to Chama Gauci is not as good but Brasao has more selection of salad bar. The beats is hard taste like it was from a can. The beef ribs was dry. I love the brown sugar grilled pineapple the best dessert. I also love the cheese bread better than Chama Gauci. Also Brasao has jumbo grilled shrimp it was also delicious. Lastly be careful of the gratuity pay added to the cost of the meal. We did not realized until we get home look at the receipt again and noticed gratuity.
If you appreciate attentiveness and customer service that goes above and beyond you need to come here. Food was phenomenal. Axel was our server and he was a pleasure all night. We celebrated my husband getting a promotion and we really felt the love here. Definitely coming back!
This restaurant's food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Esme(Esmeralda) took excellent care of us during our meal experience and we will definitely ask for her again. The salad bar is expansive and the meat is served continuously. We were exceptionally pleased Book a table now
Great Salad Bar... Good beef options side dishes Very attentive wait staff.. As Chef I can recognize good quality and this place uses really good/high quality. Then why 4 stars? One single thing. Our waiter never made eye contact which is very important in hospitality
Dined in on a very busy Saturday evening... Michelle and Daniel went above and beyond for my little family of four. We enjoyed our visit from start to finish.
