I made a 1pm reservation and was walked around quite a bit, to find a table for 2. My mother has a Walker so by the time I got her food and mine, it was already 2pm. We only had 1 plate, and when I went to get another I was told it was almost 2pm and the next buffet was for the 3pm reservation. I wasn't allowed to serve myself anymore. That left my mom and I feeling like poorly treated customers that won't pay. Luckily the manager that day was very supporting and said there must have been a confusion. He informed us we could go right ahead and get our moneys worth food. Unfortunately, by that time my appetite had disappeared. I wouln't reccomend this place at all.
This review is for BREAKFAST. Since we were the only diners on Christmas Day, the restaurant was quite empty. Our server, Soby, provided excellent service. The food was served hot, fresh, and was both well prepared and beautifully presented. We enjoyed dishes like eggs and beans, oats, a fruit plate, and croissants, and everything was delicious. The hotel did not offer a buffet that morning due to the low number of guests.

I come to this hotel twice a year. It is a great feeling to be recognized and receive a very nice welcome from Moosif the Genius Bar attend ! I can with intention on eating at the diner table but instead ate at the bar. Such a great experience, great service, and great food. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

Mounsif is the BEST Bartender! He kept my drink full and listened to me babble about my travels and made sure I had extra cheese on my pasta which was amazing)! I will be back every month for work and will make a point to stay here.
Manager Julio and Chef never disappoint! The French Onion soup was outstanding. Everything here is great! See bartender Mo for a beer, wine or cocktails and great conversation! A wonderful jewel in this quiet neighborhood!
Should have ran when I saw the restaurant was empty. We ordered steak tacos they brought us burnt chicken tacos. 3 of ordered the short ribs, it was pot roast.
We had an amazing experience! The food was excellent, and Mo provided us with wonderful service. We definitely plan to return!

I returned tonight and enjoyed some delicious lentil soup and a fantastic burger! Once again, Mo provided excellent service!
I have felt at home since I arrived, especially being away from home for Thanksgiving. The staff is excellent.
