Brasserie Bread - Table reservation

Have just had my opinion of the wonderful Brasserie Bread confirmed with their two fabulous wins for their bread. It is always such a joy to go to Banksmeadow to their cafe for the scrumptious breakfasts, brunch and lunches. So with they were nearer to where I live. However, the bonus is that their bread can be bought locally and it is head and shoulders above any other bread I've tasted. I love their white sourdough, their baguettes, the fruit bread, in fact to be honest, I like all of their breads. My hips also like the bread, spread with lots of butter and vegemite, my daily breakfast, though sometimes I have peanut butter or avocado (not smashed), or left over bolognaise the bread soaks...

Went there for breakfast this morning! What a lovely way to start the day! Even though it was very very busy we were served in record time and food was exceptional! Not to mention the service a special thank you to Anthony for going above and beyond for us! Also bought their delicious bread as well best bread I've ever tasted!! Would highly recommend to all my family and friends .

My mum and I went to the home baker class and it was absolutely fantastic !! I would rate it higher stars if I could. It wouldn't have been such a great experience if it wasn't for the master baker, Boris. He has a wealth of knowledge, patience and love for what he does. Thanks Boris!!

Thank you Boris for a fantastic lesson in the art of making Sourdough bread. Also for your tricks of the trade and your enthusiasm! Thanks to Brasserie Bread for their generosity in giving us all tonnes of fabulous fresh bread to take home. I highly recommend this course.
