I didn't take part to find out whether it's good or not that the team is new: I didn't know the old because it's the first time I come (and probably the last one). Basic lunch flat entrance to € 12,50 without drink.No much choice; an improved canteen, but no more. Wine is sold to glass, rather expensive; no wine in pichet what would be normal in this type of establishment. A small pot of ice sauce served with the steak, well-fat fries, not good bread (but it's normal: plus a single baker valid in wooden rosny) and desserts that don't want...When I passed the service was fast, but the staff didn't look overboard.
we went to this restaurant three times in three years and we never found it satisfied. the kitchen is of very medium quality (although far from the good little Parisian breweries we are seeing) and the service leaves to be desired (maybe friendly). the room and the outside corner are however pleasant. Too bad, because it's the only brewery in the center of Rosny-sous-Bois...
a very good reception, a nice decoration, a map developed at affordable prices. the dishes are copied and realised with qualites. the young dynamic new boss wants only your happiness and disbands for! Finally a restaurant in rosny that is not a chain, which shows a true standing and that has nothing envy to the right Parisian addresses!

with my friend we were welcomed as princesses .très good cocktail, cosy atmosphere, flat in total matching with prices . we will return there without hesitation soon
