I was a little disappointed by the Deer because it was not strong enough according to the idea that I am making a brown beer of guard. I didn't feel the 9% alcohol present. But the Monk is excellent! For a triple beer the result is there: a smooth and fruity well present without too much bitterness. The titration is above the 9% announced. That's the one I prefer! See you soon for an order
