Concernant la sauce au poivre comme j ai signalé c est plus une sauce gravy (brune) on dirai de la veille cuisine fr Pour les frites ok La salade en accompagnement avait pris un coup de chaud et l assaisonnement pas top Pour le chevre pas vraiment de gout il y a soit disant un nom mais rien de ouf mention spéciale ou ils oublient le pain . Par conrre la salade avec avait un meilleur assaisonnement Pour mon collegue il a pris aussi l entrecôte qui etait pas vraiment saignante et pas vraiment tendre ils ont pas fait payer...
