Right on a busy interchange with trucks roaring by....our hotel, next door to this, sent us here for our half board dinner. Menu is on the placemat. We ordered the seafood salad, huge with lots of smoked salmon and wonderful horseradish tinged dressing. The other order was the assiette complete which came with a steak and fries, vegetables, and other meats and salad. I like my steak a bit more done than the blue I was served, so back it went. I commented that my fries will be cold when they return. Wrong!!! New fries with the perfectly cooked steak. tiramisu for dessert and cafe noisette. Service was very friendly, food came quickly. Nous avons déjeuné deux fois dans cette auberge, bien placée sur notre itinéraire, les dimanches 16 et 23 juillet 2017. Nous voulions un repas simple et rapide et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les plats étaient de bonne qualité et bien préparés pour un prix très correct. Service inégal, parfait le 16 mais "endormi" le 23.
Les plats sont correct mais le service est à revoir. Pas de pain obliger d'aller chercher soit même les verres. Nous avons eu le temps de presque finir nos plats avant que le plat du menu enfant arrive idem pour le dessert. Un simple mot d'excuse aurai suffit au lieu que la serveuse fasse la gueule.
We have enjoyed steak, vegetarian burgers and fish here, all well prepared, fresh and very tasty. We often pop in for just a beer or coffee too and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Everyone eats here from the roadworkers to the business people, I fully recommend it.
