a search for a nice place where to sit to take a coffee in love, we discovered the brewery "trade", aristide place in Brittany where the Christmas market of St Dizier is located. The welcome is very pleasant, the setting is the most nice, between lounge bar and retro chic brewery. old-time industrial style with wood/metal decoration. Several chairs and sofas in worn-out suede give a warm look that immediately makes it comfortable. a large counter is ideally placed in the middle of a room for parties with friends. The menu offers all sorts of quicker or less fast dishes, cheese/cuterie sleeves at any time, great choice of glass wines or bottles.
there are places to take in our city since the good places or one can restore are very rare. trade is a nice coffee or I tried to have lunch, I won't go back. The waiter is impolite, it allows to spoon waitress in front of the guests, the meal is medium low the salad sauce is not even home, gourmet coffee everything is too sweet. In short it's a shame we miss places where we can eat a little healthy salad and without hearing to laugh.
