I'd like to say something about the food in this restaurant but sadly we never got to taste it so can't comment. We had been on a boat trip and this restaurant was next to the harbour and looked pleasant and reasonably priced. It was fairly busy but there were still plenty of tables free. In a mixture of broken French (we do our best) and English we asked for a table and the waitress gestured in the general direction of some free tables. We waiting for what seemed a long time without being offered menus or drinks and eventually realised that tables around us had filled up with other diners who were being served before us. August 2023: Inflation or summer? Almost 7 euros increase in just 2 months, it interps. So I see my appreciation because at 23 euros, the price quality ratio is not there. How can we explain such an increase? Precision we had not been reserved and yet tables were empty. I leave my written notice at the end of June 2023. Super raport quality price for real family cuisine (16.90 euros entry, dish, dessert and coffee. Effective service. It is advisable to book because this hotel meets a real success. Possibility of lunch outside. Very bad surprise. We returned there two months later in the season, the price went to 23.90 euros for the same menu of the day.
Staff at the top level, very attentive and high efficiency. We have lunch on the terrace with views of the harbour. Very correct meal, hearty caesar salad, super good butcher piece with homemade fries, correct bacon burger except bread. For the very good iced nougat dessert as well as the burnt cream, enjoy quite good. We will return with great pleasure!
Nice and very good meal. The mid-cuit tuna at the plancha is a delight. I thought I'd make that little message. A great thank you sent from Arras, chief place of Pas de Calais.

Quick service and very friendly staff. We have a very good lunch with a menu of the day at reasonable prices. a beautiful discovery right next to the Louvoie Fort.
Very friendly atmosphere. Nice and helpful staff. By far the cheapest and most tasty burger I had in the Royan-Oléron area. Same applies to the rib eye steak.
Pricey but delicious food and wine, especially the tuna. Bread could be fresher. Nice touch of valet parking service for customers.
