In this nice little town close to Disneyland, it's understandable that so many of the restaurants go for burgers or pizza. So what a joy to find this place! We were actually staying in the very good hotel (Relais Spa Chessy in which it is situated (although note that the spa swimming pool is closed to children for some reason?). Anyway we had two really lovely meals..eg proper French onion soup which puts London's poor attempts to copy it to shame, delicious salad including a portion of spinach pannacotta (yes, I know but turned out to be so yummy), perfectly cooked chicken in a madeira sauce, and the best crepes suzette I have had for a long time. Great choice of wine and excellent service...
It has been a some time since my last visit so I decided to return.Flo Brasseries are a reliable and confirmed value, with fresh ingredients and efficient service.Pleasant environment too.I had a seabass carpaccio with diced raw carrots, celery and courgette, with a drop of olive oïl.Add some ground Pepper and the dish is perfect. Followed by a beef sirloin, cooked rare to perfection with some herb butter on top, accompanied by braised green beans, very original.Finish with a Brie de Meaux (I am more salt than suger).Together with half a bottle of Chablis Fourchaume (white) I consider it a pefect meal, at a very reasonable price. Service was very Professional. The restaurant is dog friendly...
Found the staff generally unwelcoming. The buffet was poor with rotting fruit regularly on display, the bacon was usually rancid and the scrambled eggs looked like something I would prefer to forget.... BUT they had some chipolata like sausages with chicken and they were always yummy! The decor was nice but with the number of guests at the hotel get in early. Had dinner there on a few occasions and foundit pricey for what it was . I always took the opruion of eating at some of the restaurants in close proximity like the sushi place or the crepe restaurant. Room service is available and food brought up to your room but again very expensive for average food. This is no reflection on the Relais...
We were happy we found a nice restaurant near our hotel. The hotel was top. But Flo very disapointing! Cold food, hanging around cooks, greasy smurry fries...bluuhhh. I Always thought that a cook would do his superbest to make a fantastic meal? Not here. A standard dish with Potatodishes my dog wouldnt eat! The entree , a selection of meats was superb do. Come on boys and girls. Dont hang around if somebody died all the time. Nice music, warmth.....and smile...smile....work for the money!

The restaurant was recommended by ourhotel concierge.The food was OK to the standards. The gentleman who was serving our table was really very good very friendly and polite. compared to the food that you can find in that area it was better than most of the spots.I would say one night at the space is fine if you're staying around Disney.
We visited this Restaurant on Valentines Day. My Wife was presented a Rose, with my requested approval. The service was good, the food was good, but has room to grow to the "next level". Everything was "good", but with such impressive surroundings, your expectations are for a "dining experience".
Restaurant with very nice and luxe food (foie gras is even on the menu) and very friendly people. Don't forget the season menu as well ! When you order the beef tartare (on the picture) they come make the seasoning live next to you :)
Had a nice diner with the menu. Great starter with the goat cheese tartetatin salad. Steak with fries was nice as well. Desert we had Oreo tiramisu and was disappointing.
