I knew this restaurant from previous experiences and chose the hotel's mercury especially for this reason. the chef is new, I was told that he worked only for a month, but if this is the beginning I would say that promises to be a revelation! I attach the menu for a better understanding of the ingredients, because it would be complicated to explain them well, but I thanked a thousand times the corn for recommending me the cold cream of corn that is the most extraordinary dish I have ever tried. Lemon and basil dessert was just as amazing. I also enjoyed breakfast for the wide choice of desserts, excellent. I recommend not only the hotel for courtesy and spacious rooms but especially the belo...

Nice surprise that this restaurant in the suburbs Villfranche accole to a Mercure hotel. The large modern room allows you to enjoy your meal in peace while enjoying the spectacle of the kitchens thanks to the glass walls. In the plate we are close to the gastronomic level: mushroom capuccino, stirred with egg mullet mushrooms, roasted dorade net on its skin with red cabbages to the apple, poultry with foie gras and pilaf rice, sandy net with gnocchi of potatoes with cresson cream and parmesan, stuffed with sorbets to finish light. An ideal place for a gourmet stop on the ski road.

the belooga was part of my favorite restaurants. a reasonable price for a very fine and rather gastro menu. Unfortunately all this is no longer relevant. the chief changed for three weeks and the quality changed. presentations (inflatable entrance) are not worthy of a restaurant of this type. rather rude than usual. It is a shame to conclude, the meal was good but no longer worth its 38 euros. servers, however, very professional. the rate should decrease or return to the same presentation and tasting quality.

Unforeseen evening but hunger was!Frankly the very appetizing map, fresh salmon tartare and oysters Gillardezu...a delight. then bar cups with perfectly controlled cooking and sanitation. Wonderful! What a leader! surrounded by a pleasant setting and a superb room team. With fresh, varied products and a chef with such a nonne team... come quickly and enjoy it because I come back quickly. bravo
