I recommend as a good appetite avoiding frozen. adding cheese in the salad would easily bring calcium for the food balance (the collective restaurants think about it). We'd also need a little more feculent. On the menu: salad of candied gizzards (promocash?), perche (fresh), strawberry leaf (in the form of pie, very garni).
