although eating was good, I felt that the options seemed limited. the service was, in my opinion, extremely bad. I had asked about possible recommendations, and it seemed as if the waitress/wacher had not given the full attention to the question. I also went to birthday and was ignored by possible precautions that were planned. at the time there was no one in the restaurant and yet the service was slow to respond to our one table about possible water replenishment and ask for the check.
No one at front to greet you on Tuesday night even with reservation. Good initial contact for seating, water wine glasses for BYOB good but wait staff listless, no energy or good service. All of them clustered at back of restaurant in their cells. Food good but overpriced. Branzino with spinach had no taste or interest. Friend had shrimp with asparagus good. For both $55. Not worth it.
This was my boyfriend's favorite spot for breakfast, and he really loves his breakfast. The salad that accompanied the meal had a wonderful lemon dressing, and the rest of the food and coffee were delicious. I highly recommend it. The ambiance is beautiful as well. I definitely suggest checking it out if you're in the area.
Catching up with friends we had not seen in a while caused us to be still sitting in a booth at 9:12. Another booth was also still occupied by a family. The staff put all the lights on suddenly....”last call” I guess. Perhaps a gentle request to finish up would have been far less rude. Book a table now
This place gets quite busy during lunchtime. They offer a great menu, and the food is consistently excellent. I've visited for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and I've always had a wonderful experience. I've never encountered any issues. The waitstaff is very kind and welcoming.
The quality is excellent; the turkey tastes freshly carved. The combination of mayo, Dijon, avocado, cranberries, and bread is all fresh and delicious. When you take it to go, you can truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients.
inattentive server. never asked if we want to dessert. I never came for coffee orders until she flew down. didn't look like expected and dry. very disappointed.
