Sutton is very far from a culinary destination. With the high street lined with mediocre middle sized chain restaurants such as Zizzi, Strada and Pizza Express, Brasserie Zacherin brings a touch of decorum just outside the station. It's a winner especially due to it's steak for a tenner, with chips and wine. While sirloin probably not my most favourite of cuts at this price you can't argue. There a la carte isn't really that adventurous, in particular their choice of starters, and onion soup gratin for way too pricey, see Brasserie Zedel for simple starters at proper value.
