Used to love going to this spot with my family, but never again! We came to eat in and they were cleaning. Once they spilled the water on the floor, A WHOLE BUNCH OF SMALL COCKROACHES RAN OUT! Do not recommend going here! This not only happened once, buttwice while we were there. They were 8 cockroaches under our seat in the booths when my mom grabbed her purse! We used to lovethis spot but after witnessing this, we couldn't imagine how many roaches are there infesting everything. Do not recommend.

The grease trap emits a terrible odor that hits you as soon as you enter the drive-thru, making the experience unappealing. The tea is never sweetened properly, and my sandwich is consistently small, often missing ingredients and lacking freshness. This is starting to make me reconsider visiting Braum's.

Diane the general manger is the rudest person I ever had to deal with. Her attitude is the worse and neck rolling was horrible. I told them I asked for fresh food at the window, she told me she is sorry my life is sour.

Great customer service and really good food served quickly. I’ll definitely consider coming back to this location. I tried the burger for the first time on a friend's recommendation, and it was absolutely amazing! Book a table now
