No wonder this little space is packed. Fortunately, a few window side bar seats are still available even during the busy hours in this bread and near heaven. The crispy airy ciabatta was brilliant. Wish you could hear the cracking sound as I cut through the bread. Simply grabbing it and taking a bite, of course, was subliminally satisfying— a generous amount of tenderly cooked brisket, a rich layer of melted but still tangible cheese, and some brightening. The roasted garlic aioli was not overpowering and subtly welded the bread and the meat together with a creamy, sweet-savory taste. best place to take a bite in Cambridge (to be fair, I visited Cambridge for just half a day) You have an open kitchen so you can see the ingredients clean. You can choose the meat and either with bread, poutine or potato wedges and grilled vegetables. Pork and chicken were so good, very juicy and tender and the sauce was also perfect combination.
Can't recommend this place enough. Brilliant staff and great food. The restaurant is quite small but has a pretty quick turn, so you don't have to wait long. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is from this world. Poutine is literally amazing. Just for it. Everything else is a bonus.
My favorite café/restaurant in Cambridge. The food is really incredible, and the staff is beautiful. It has a small menu, but everything is delicious. The milkshakes are also a winner recommend Dirty Chai for something else. Definitely support a small company!
