Go for the food and hope your service matches the quality, because we 've had good service and really bad service. Most recent visit with a waitress who may have been new, didn 't know how to make a latte and our our took 45 minutes on a quiet Monday morning while the whole restaurant that arrived after us was served. When inquiring about our order she replied all of our food is made scratch to order but that didn 't speak to her probably forgetting to out our order in, or apologizing or checking on our order.One bad experience won 't deter us from returning for such delicious and inventive breakfast entrees, but when the owner is not in, not sure who you can complain to.
The reviews are accurate, great quality of food at a reasonable price and friendly service, but the two times I've been here, they have been understaffed. They have one person making coffee, working the register and waiting tables. Which meant slow service. It is a smaller size establishment, 30 indoor seats, and some outdoor seating. But I tend to go with the higher quality of food so it doesn't bother me. I tried the croissant dipped French toast and it was very good. My wife tried the vegetarian frittata and it was great.
A very nice breakfast spot.The waffles were delicious and our waitress kept our coffee cups full despite being very busy.Nice little outside eating area as well.
Friendly, attentive and fresh food! Loved the pancakes, french toast, omelette and coffee was good! Staff was delightful!
