We went for a birthday meal for 2 boys, we was given a table next to the toilets so people always passing by. They kept bringing the wrong food to our table and was confused when we told them that it wasn't for our table. After over an hour our correct food came and all the burgers were cold with a burnt bun. Food looked nothing like on the menu. I had to go to the bar and ask for a receipt to make sure we wasn't being charged for other people's orders. Over all the staff tried their best and re assured they had sorted everything out but still continued to bring things to our table what we didn't order. We had to ask for completely everything from the staff as there was nothing on the table...
Absolutely disgusted. Children refused entry to the play area for being too tall (at the ripe old age of 8) and would have been OK if the lady working in there was even remotely polite. We were with 2 disabled children and a toddler as well as 3 other kids (which naturally meant a little bit of chaos). When the youngest ran off a little eager into the play area, we were shouted at and told to get him under control. I have never been spoken to in such a way by a member of staff anywhere let alone a place that is child friendly . This place ia a disgrace to the Brewers Fayre name.
Previously I rated it lower due to food and staffing issues, they have since had a menu change and more staff seem to be working there. Went a couple of times in the last few weeks and the food has been lovely and the staff have been great. There isn't a huge list of things they don't have either anymore which is great. I love this place I've been going here since I was young and I'm glad to see it's doing better recently :
We had our wedding meal here and they were absolutely brilliant. We were given a private area and they decorated the place beautifully for us! All the staff really went above and beyond to make our evening special and it was far bettwr than we expected from a budget restaurant! Everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals and the kids had a brilliant time. Can't thank you all enough x

Food was a bit mushy. Very generous with the meat. Wheelchair access. Friendly staff. But ended up not eating as I found an hair in the mash potatoes. So needless to say made me feel sick. They did give the money back for my meal. I won't be going again as the hair put me off. But besides that all is really good there.
My son enjoyed the outdoor play area. I had a small issue with my meal (found egg shell in it) but the issue was quickly resolved and a replacement meal provided along with an apology from the chef. Will definitely return due to excellent customer service and other than the egg shell the food was actually very nice.
What a lovely little find. Met my partner here to pick her up after a long bike road. Staff were so friendly, very accommodating and attentive and by far the nicest brewers fayre we've ever been too. Food really nice too. We will be back.
All you can eat breakfast buffet! Awsome! Everything cooked to perfection, and the choice was amazing! From the full English to the continental, if you can't find what you want to eat here? It doesn't exist!!!

The play area is amazing and the staff are so nice and welcoming. Angela in the play area and James and Chelsea in the main restaurant. The food is exceptionally priced and taste delicious
