I came with my partner and son. Ordered from kids menu starter, main and dessert. Starter was fer tortilla chips, main was horrible pizza basically from freezer and dessert never arrived. My partner ordered hotdog that was most terrible thing he tasted and he usually likes chips and he left them all as they somehow manage to make bad chips as well. I had Sunday carvery, beef was so bad I couldn't bite it. Just terrible experience. I had to go looking for utensils as they forgot to bring us.
I regularly visit with family friends Great value, fast service yummy food Highly recommend 5* Our waitress Louise is the most loveliest friendly lady, we enjoy having a chat with her when we visit look forward to seeing her if she’s working, she’s always so helpful takes our order at the table which is great for us Please give Louise another big Thanku from us
Friendly greeting on arrival, plenty of availability to get seated, clean and comfortable, what’s not to like? Food ordered, if anything was provided quicker than expected, perfectly cooked, staff were great and a pleasure to be around, in particular Jennifer, Anna, Kristie and Elise. Thank you for making an otherwise dull work evening an enjoyable night away!

Elise and Ellie what superstars they were an absolute joy from the moment my colleague and I walked in with a warm welcome and fantastic food they made the experience so much better will defo recommend to others and will be staying here again today was a stressful day at work and seeing their smiles and joy made our day a lot better
Very helpful service by jen, Anna and Christie. Served efficiently and food was very good. All 3 made it a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend. Will definitely be visiting again when in the area
