There was not much on the brickworks menu for a vegetarian and even less for a vegan. Server was slow and did not know which ingredients were in the menu items. Both things I ordered ended up with eggs and milk in them, although I asked before ordering. This was a beautiful place, but with so many options in Palm Springs, I would probably choose another restaurant that offers a little better service.

I don't know where to start. Well, his food. The pizza is not good and could be a gourmet for the worst pizza. The cauliflower bites are gigantic and the dough is too heavy, the aroma combos from southwest sauce on the top and Teriyaki sauce on the bottom works. I'll say the staff was friendly and fast.
