I only ate here in person many years ago. It was always empty then. From reading recent reviews it sounds as if it is s very popular spot for weekend brunch. This was my go to place five years ago during lockdown as the prices were great with tasty donuts and sandwiches. Skip ahead to 2023 to the present and it got more expensive and quality uneven. This morning my grilled hot dog was very tasty but my spaghetti with garlic and oil had neither garlic nor oil. It was just cold, slightly mushy pasta with a little stale grated cheese on it. Nothing else. Even though I have gotten lousy food from them sometimes in the last two years, I see they have a loyal following and do want to hurt their ra...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I visited Brighton Cafe for breakfast this morning, and after waiting for 10 minutes without even receiving our drinks, I noticed they started taking takeout orders while we hadn't even gotten our order taken yet. They seemed more focused on the customers who had just walked in rather than those of us who had already been waiting. I wouldn't recommend coming here. The waitress was disengaged and struggled to manage the few tables that were actually waiting for service. I can only imagine how chaotic it must be when they're busy.

The portions here are generous and reasonably priced. I visited twice. During my first visit, I tried the turkey sandwich, which was decent. However, I found the $4 charge for five store-bought potato chips to be quite ridiculous. The interior felt a bit stuffy and dark, and the cleanliness of the sauces left something to be desired. On my second visit, I ordered pasta and grilled chicken. The pasta was standard but pleasant, while the chicken was flavorful and juicy. Overall, I’m likely to return.

Gross. I’ve ordered here for breakfast at least 10xminute requests receive 50/50 shot of being done so I get what I want.I don’t think it would be much to ask to have a bagel toasted. Neither sandwich was good this morning -2 doughy bagels no toast or crisp at all.., but bacon was uncooked also—yuck. If you offer delivery than do it right or not at all Price per person: $10–20 Book a table now

First time here food taste amazing, great friendly service, fast service mind you, cheap prices, and even the coffee taste good. I usually go to Union but this diner is better. 4 out of 5 bc it’s not the best looking place but definitely my new favorite. I’ll be back !!!

Incredible cafe. I’ve been coming here on and off for 8 years and it’s always great. Food is consistently good diner-quality, service is great and it’s a perfect place to grab breakfast or lunch. The only problem is it closes at 4pm so night owls will lose out.

I stopped by for breakfast and coffee. The service was decent, and the food was both hot and delicious. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.
