Brisketstop is a bbq and grill that only does delivery and catering: they use Uber Eats, Postmates, GrubHub and Doordash. They offer plates, sandwiches, salads, sides and desserts. They feature chicken, brisket, pulled pork and ribs (pork). The food is good..not the best, but better than what's around here. I haven't tried the ribs, but do recommend the pulled pork; the jicama slaw adds a nice crunch. If you do receive one of their flyers, don't be fooled that they are delivery and takeout..they are a commercial kitchen in an industrial area, so it's only delivery or catering.
Ordered for the first time on Grubhub at 7:40 pm. The driver showed up to get my order at 8pm and they were closed. They had canceled my order without calling me or anything. They were open. No excuses. But after reading the other reviews about how bad the food is..they did me a favor! I'll never try them again.
This restaurant was a disappointment from start to finish. The brisket was overcooked and drenched in fatty liquid, then covered in BBQ sauce. The baked potato was dry and lacked any toppings other than butter. Overall, a big yuck.
Well... they keep their brisket slices in hot water until you order. That should tell you everything you need to know.
