LOCALS DON'T LIE! The best pizza in Long Beach is definitely Broadway Pizza! We were recommended this spot by the owner of House of Hayden (which, by the way, is the best local bar), and the pizza exceeded all our expectations. I ordered the gluten-free crust, and it was not just good—it was FANTASTIC! I went with the Hawaiian pizza on gluten-free crust, and the bartender suggested squeezing some lemon on top of it. Wow! It was incredibly delicious! My husband tried the Broadway combo, which was a flavorful pepperoni meat blend and came with a scrumptious salad. The bartender was so kind, and since we sat at the bar, we enjoyed some excellent cocktails as well!
First off, the water is fantastic! I know it might seem odd to mention the water first, but I truly wish they sold it by the gallon! The service was great and the atmosphere, along with the location, was perfect. I ordered a medium pizza with a crust, paprika, and sausage. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were all wonderful. It was a tad overcooked, but still delicious. I also ordered the garlic cheese rolls, which were definitely overcooked. I would absolutely give this place another try; I’m sure they’re amazing when cooked correctly!
Great food!! I had visited this place before the pandemic and decided to pay them a visit again. If youre ever in Downtown Long Beach and have a craving for good pizza and wings i suggest this spot. My daughter had an 8 inch personal pizza which came with a salad and my wife ordered the lasagna which was cheesy and tasty. The pink haired waitress (i didn't get her name) was awesome and attentive. Because it is Downtown be ready to spend some time and money looking for parking.
I visited last night, and it was quite busy, with only a few staff members on duty. However, they all did an outstanding job! I was unsure about what to order, but our server provided us with numerous excellent recommendations. Both the food and service were fantastic! We have visited Broadway Pizza Grill in Long Beach several times over the past few years, and each time has been a pleasure. We always enjoy the pasta, pizza, and appetizers, as well as the inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I used to have been for the delivery pizza, but since the late pandemic service has gone too fucking. they force to go order although the apps, but then do a terrible work with the apps. three successive paintings they have grounded our orders and none of them were addressed by the restaurant.
Pizza and Wing were Delicious! Went here with my family (party of 9) after a fun Family Day around 6pm on Saturday and we were lucky that it wasn't busy and were seated right away. Parking is street parking or $15 all day in the structure across the street or next to it.
