My party and I were very disappointed in the service we received. We didn’t receive our food for about two hours after being seated. Our drink orders were taken shortly after being seated. Our food orders were not taken for over minutes after receiving our drinks. I went and found the waitress and I was told she would be over to take our orders in about seconds and she didn’t show up to take our party of orders for another minutes. My daughter ordered the mussels which tasted spoil and was brought to the waitress attention. The food was horrible on Valentine's night. The value of the food was a disgrace. The only think I could find that I might eat was a salad with added chicken and my Mr. had the beef ribs which were really small for The vegetable was too hard and tough to eat. He wanted a Michelob and the waitress had to send upstairs for one. When it came to the table, it was in a glass. Those beers should come in a bottle. Very disappointed.
Staff were friendly however, they were very short staffed. Ambiance was not very good. It was very casual with high price. For a restaurant we’re one entree is priced then one would be expecting white table clots...food was ok. I’d say it’s a better lunch venue than a dinner...or maybe good for a casual dinner...if you’d be willing to pay the price
Was a little hesitant after some reviews but we were so glad we went ahead and made plans to have dinner at Brock's. Not really fine dining Others were dressed very casual which is fine with me. Great service, food was great. Wine selection nice. Will go back every time we are at Ross Bridge

Our server was polite, but when we said “thank you”, he constantly responded with “no problem”. That response has no place in guest service. Our food was well prepared and presented. The ambiance was pleasant. We will likely return and recommend this restaurant to friends and family
The service was poor at both breakfast and dinner. The dinner menu that was given to us had items on it that were not available. The wine menu was missing the cocktail menu. One person at our table had items on her menu that were not on the rest. It was not a very good experience

We celebrated Valentine’s at Brock’s had the most outstanding meal. Truly outstanding food. We had a chicken dish steak the wine recommendations complimented the food wonderfully
