I'll begin with the food is good but that is where it ends their customer service needs major improvement. Host and even managers have an attitude like I should be happy I'm even being let in to eat there. I also tried placing a $700+ catteringorder and was told as long as I place it one week in advance they will have no problem taking care of it. I went to place myorder was told a manager would call me back the following day they called me 3 days later and said sorry we can't fulfill yourorder we don't really do catering. I was like how do you not do catering if it's on your menu. Then the manager tried to tell mesorry we are just busy here at the restaurant and don't have time for catering...
We stopped by on a lazy Saturday morning and were excited to try their brunch menu. The Bloody Mary flights were a letdown, unfortunately they were bitter and lacked any real flavor. The Sopes Benedict was also a miss, with the meat somehow losing its flavor during cooking and leaving a weird, watery taste. But the egg omelets were a highlight hearty and packed with flavor. The pancakes were also a winner, light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. And the juice was a refreshing way to wash it all down. Overall, it was a good experience, but with a few missteps
Myself and one other walked in this morning and were seated fairly quickly, it was busy, but not at capacity. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for acknowledgment. Nobody ever came. Not even with water. We were seated and forgotten. So we left. The hostess thanked us for coming and said see us next time. Oblivious that we were just seated. This was my first visit to this location, sadly not enough to have me back.
The food was okay. I requested that my sandwich not be toasted, but it was anyway. The service was slow and disappointing, although the server was quick to bring the bill! The worst part was the coffee – for a breakfast place, I expected it to be good, but it was weak and watered down. I could make a better cup of coffee at home!

9/3 today was our first time visiting this restaurant. The food was great, everything tasted so fresh. The portion size was just right. Our waiter was super helpful and friendly. Food came out quickly and our drinks where always full. We definitely will dobusiness here again. Great job to your team @Broken yolk Cafe ????????
This experience was truly unforgettable! What more can I say? This is the best chain for breakfast, especially with their excellent selection of mimosa flights. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the wait was short. Of course, we did visit on a Monday, which may have helped, but we had a great time overall.
The dining experience was disappointing due to poor service. Many customers struggled with long wait times for their orders. The kitchen needs to improve, as my eggs were overcooked, and I had to wait a long time to receive my meal. I may consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.
