Service, Food, Ambiance - in that order is what keeps us coming back. This review is based on everyone being happy for over a year's worth of once-every-6-week lunches. The burgers are towering gourmet concoctions, the steak and ale pie would receive approval from most Brits, any salad is a sure bet and the noodle dishes are created with care. Always a pleasing plate presentation and if you don't see a garnish, sauce or condiment you like, just ask. The 'look' of the place is 21st Century Sportsbar - lots of big TV screens and easy sight lines. They do not blare music at lunch (appreciated) but there appears to be quite a live band program for evenings including open mike nights. But the bes...
The food at this restaurant was excellent. Although we had to wait a long time for it to arrive, we understood considering it was the only sit-down place open in town on a holiday Monday. We weren't in a rush, so the time passed quickly. Our server was very apologetic for the delay, but it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, we had a good time.
I have been to this place several times over the past few months and it never disappoints. From Apps, French Onion soup to food course meals always amazing. Staff are always happy and interactive with guests. The menu is huge and really hard to make that final choice on what to eat.

The service was excellent, the prices were fair, and the food was delicious. The only suggestion would be to add a drink menu.
