My husband and I stopped here on our way through Calgary. It was fantastic! Our waitress was very friendly. I had the gluten free pizza, and it was phenomenal! Real fior di latte cheese and amazing sauce, and the crust tasted just like a regular pizza crust would! My husband had the steak sandwich and really enjoyed it! We also got to check out the stone oven! I would highly recommend!
We came with a hungry family of four. It was Thursday evening and it was not busy. We had two servers. All to ourselves. We had Calamari, steak bites, rice balls, chicken wings, gnocchi, seafood fusilli and Margharita pizza. We ate almost everything - there were four slices that we gladly take with us.
I have only been here once and found the pizzas to be far too expensive for what we got. We are familiar with traditional thin crust pizzas and know that the toppings are not supposed to be piled high, but even so we found the quantity quite skimpy, and not very flavourful, especially given the price.
I visited this restaurant this past spring when I was in Calgary and I can confirm that the food may be even better now, than it was then. Perfect blend of ingredients. The real deal. Its great cold as well. I look forward to going back again. Everything was made in-house. Book a table now
Ordered pasta and it was one of the yummiest pasta I have had in Calgary in a long time: shrimps were perfectly cooked and the quantity of the sauce was just perfect - not too much, not too little. Will highly recommend Fusilla alla Corsara!
3 of us enjoyed chicken wings, pizzas and pastas. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. Our waitress was very efficient and super friendly! We love it here and will definitely be back again! ????
Beet and goat cheese salad was very good. Bellini was a ten out of ten. Food came out very quickly. $5 pints of beer on Saturday night. A good restaurant.
