Brookmans - Table reservation

I have now been to Brookmans for the 2nd time for breakfast. I had pancakes the first time. They were chewy and tasteless and I think I paid £7 for them. Very steep for what you get. Went again today. We were pretty much ignored even though staff could see us outside. It wasn't busy so someone should have noticed us and come over. Ordered the salmon and asked for scrambled eggs instead of poached. The eggs were tiny in quantity and dry, did not look attractive at all! The sourdough toast which it came with was dry, tasteless and burnt. My coffee was lukewarm by the time it got to the table. I paid £10 for breakfast, £13 including the coffee. A total let down. Brookmans is a great looking pub...

brookmans is a great place to dinen, beautiful decor with sitting outside before and back. we decided to have our lunch. on the menu there was much to choose, my gast was satisfied with eating and the beverage menu, this family-oriented restaurant in an adult situation. the personal is professional, welcoming and helpful, with a small baby in zehe this was very important.

We only popped in for a quick drink late in the afternoon when it was empty. We have only 'discovered ' this pub relatively recently. However we really like the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. We plan to have Sunday lunch there with the family fairly soon. Very nice decor, etc.

Spacious, nice decor, great service, The food was good, although I didn't really get what was on top of the marmite butter on our starter. Wagu burger and fries were fab Would recommend and revisit.

absolutely super. compliments to the cook, perfectly cooked eating. excellent service. I ate my birthday dinner. definitiw returned and done.
