I came up to Broom’s Bloom for a wildlife festival and ordered the Happy Hen lunch special while there. For my meal combo, I chose the crab quiche (they have so many delicious-sounding flavors to choose from! , mac-cheese, and the mini moo ice cream in pawpaw flavor. The quiche is personal-sized, which was a welcome surprise. There were lots of crab meat bits in the quiche, and the crust was nice and buttery. My first bite of the mac and cheese felt like a warm hug, it was heavenly! I’m basically a mac and cheese connoisseur, and this is hands-down the best mac I’ve had, EVER! Broom's Bloom Dairy is a local farm that features a fantastic store where you can buy their delicious homemade ice cream treats. They also offer homemade soups, sandwiches, and other goodies. My personal favorite treat is their coffee milkshake. This family-friendly farm has both indoor and outdoor seating options, and you can even take home some ice cream in containers. With plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, it's a great place to relax and enjoy some tasty treats.
I can't speak for the entire menu, but I CAN speak for the one item I ate during the PawPaw festival.... tha Maryland Mac and Cheese should be banned. It is that good. I mean, what genius thought of adding Maryland crab soup to Mac and cheese!?!? Give that person a medal because it works perfectly. The result is a creamy, old bay influenced, cheese bomb. So damn good. Go eat it!
Don't judge this restaurant before you try it! Some people complain about things like long waits and salad options, but they overlook the fact that the restaurant offers highly processed commercial ice cream for those who prefer it.

The food is great, the ice is decent, and the service is friendly. My wife really enjoys the quiches, and I find the sandwiches to be pretty good. I appreciate that they also sell local products, including a delicious cheese.
The ice cream at this restaurant is the best in Bel Air. It is always freshly made and the taste is absolutely delightful. The service is also excellent. I highly recommend this place to others.
My cousin and his wife always know the best spots for delicious food. On February 26th, 2022, we went out to grab some ice. The prices were reasonable and I ended up purchasing two bags.
A great creamery that also includes soups and sandwiches. They also sell local meat and cheeses. $16 for sandwich, cone and mac/ cheese with chili. High quality delicious food!
