The house was empty, but it took me to go to the podium to ask the young lady of there was table service to get someone to come to our table and that was after twenty minutes. There were two women who worked with us and were totally confused. There was no coordination. Drinks took about ten minutes to get to us after ordering and there was no other people in the area. This was our Easter lunch, non traditional yet but we decided to do something different. Our table was by the open window. We were barely bothered but the homeless man asking for a dollar. More sad than bothersome. We ordered apps of loaded fries spinach and artichoke dip and a basket of cornbread. Our Amin courses arrived immediately followed by apps all at once which made the amount of food disturbingly large. No drinks arrived. Had to remind server. No butter for cornbread. Walked in with six people and the place was not that crowded. Only one person working the bar. She came by us several times saying she be right with us and never actually offered us a drink. We waited and then told the woman at desk we were all here and would take our table. We told here we were at the bar and come get us to be seated. After 20 minutes she never came and several empty tables were available. When we looked in the lower dining area many people were seated and looking around for a server. We rated the restaurant 3 stars because we recognized that it has potential. However, our visit was marred by an issue with our OpenTable reservation. Although our reservation was confirmed, the restaurant was closed when we arrived. It would have been better to receive a cancellation notification if the restaurant was not open at that time. Fortunately, there are plenty of other options in White Plains. We plan to return and give it another try, but next time, we'll call ahead instead of relying solely on the app. This isn't a reflection on the restaurant itself, but rather a caution for other OpenTable users.

we took our dad to the father's dinner. while eating was actually good, the restaurant was too hot to enjoy the meal comfortably. I can't understand why they wouldn't turn on the air conditioning center juni. we sat, a party of 6 and started with their menus. we were so hot and uncomfortable that we went without the order of dessert. we went and had dessert and coffee and another restaurant complete. unless they plan to use ac in the summer, there is no possibility that I would ever recommend someone to come here. Bruder Jimmy offers good BBQ at a reasonable price. The servers were attentive and friendly. However, we encountered an issue when the fire alarm went off, causing the restaurant to evacuate. Although we had just started our meal, we ended up waiting outside for about 25 minutes until the firefighters cleared us to go back inside. The waitress offered a simple apology, but we did not hear anything from the manager. It would have been appropriate to offer a complimentary dessert or a discount on our bill, but there was no such gesture.
I had a reservation for 11:30, but the doors didn't open until well after 11:45. I decided not to wait and went to eat somewhere else instead. Why take reservations if you aren't going to open on time?
