Went to have dinner as we had heard it was quite good. The decor is circa 1950 and not in a good way. The service was mediocre and although the serving was man size the food wad horrid. Steak tough and meal cold. Needs a lot of upgrading. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. If the experience had been better we would have stayed longer, instead we left straight after trying to digest the meal.
I stopped by the pub for some drinks and food after work, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of Marshall Glen. He assisted me with signing in and directed me to everything I needed in the pub. Rhea, the friendly gaming attendant, provided excellent service in the poker machines by offering tray service, taking food orders, and ensuring the gaming room was tidy and safe for all players.

The quick check-in process was excellent, with helpful staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and well worth the price. There was no noise disturbance at night and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was convenient for my needs and was affordable until my taxi departure. I highly recommend this hotel. In the past six months, the quality of the rooms at this restaurant has declined. There were broken security chains, missing facilities that were advertised, and the rooms were not as clean as they were six months ago.
