the service on a friday night dining at 7.15 was dreadful. Our starter came reasonably promptly but we had to wait 30 minutes for the main. The staff were apologetic when we complained . We felt that there were too few waitresses who were not properly trained. They walked by tables which needed clearing, stopped to sip their drinks at thebar and did not keep a good eye on their customers tables. The bar staff allowed a multitude of dirty glasses to stand on the bar so they then had a huge quantity to wash. so disappointed since Browns are excellent in London. we will definitely not go to the Liverpool Browns again.
