We went there to celebrate a birthday and Mother's Day (early)all at once. We arrived at about 6:30 in the evening, and the restaurant was totally packed, and very, very, noisy. Obviously a very popular place with the younger set.Even though we had reservations, we had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated....It was so noisy inside, that we went back onto their patio to wait. Nice fire-pit to warm you up, but didn't quite get the job done in the rainy weather we were experiencing at the time!Once we were seated, and served, our meals were enjoyable enough, and, as time passed, and the crowd lessened, it did finally become possible to actually talk to the rest of our party.However, I don't think...
Visited Browns Socialhouse with family who are visiting from abroad. Love the calamari and nachos with chicken. At $21 they are not cheap but so tasty (best commercially available nachos I think I've had) and enough to take home for a full meal the next day! Others in the group had pad Thai and chicken bowls and liked them very much. Have been here a couple of times previously too and enjoyed it so much we brought the family. Would recommend.
I have been to many Browns in and around BC but this one in Kamloops is excellent! When bringing my family we love to share appetizers (ham fries...poutine....nachos you name it) Great atmosphere if wanting to catch a sports game as well and the staff are always good for a small chat as well. Would recommend to my friends and extended family.
We were hungry after a long day driving and we found this restaurant which was in close proximity to our hotel. I ordered a Spicy tuna roll and my Table mate ordered a Pad Thai dish. Both were alright. The server was not very attentive. The place was noisy. The prices were reasonable.

This place has a great atmosphere for any afternoon or evening. The service is excellent and they look after you right away. The menu has a very good selection of appies at a great price. Really enjoyed this place. Might need to arrive early to get a seat. Very popular.
The dining experience was fantastic. It is definitely worth visiting after a long journey. Our server was excellent and even recommended some local spots to check out. I would definitely return again.
the yam fries were delish! and the dragon bowl i got as an entree was amazing! a little pricey but thats what you get for a place with great atmosphere great service and great food

great food, service and ambiente! we ordered the smokehouse burger and icelandic cod court and they were so good! go also for the social hours to get even reduced drinks!
Nice relaxing place, well kept. Great staff great service and great food. Restaurant did well with dealing with the Covid madness. Easy to find and good value.
