It's been a couple of times. Tonight was all we wanted. The service could have been better. All three Steak dinners were cold and had been well-equipped for over an hour. One meal was still cold as if it had been taken out of the refrigerator. One of the worst experiences I had at this point. Even the children's meal was cold and rice was hard. The manager wasn't really interested, said he was talking to the cook about the mix. It took 2.5 hours to get everything we tried to order, and until the ducks came, they were closed. After the ducks came out, one of our appetizers came out and the rice on the reels was cold as if it sits out.... as appetizers he should have come with the rest in fron...
Eating was just okay, average taste, rice from the bowl and sushi roll was crispy/snip? but the portion sizes are a complete demolition. $16 for a dynamite roll that is the same size as a California roll from Save-On-Foods. $23 for a small dragon bowl and $18 for about a cup worth Calamari. Complete separation between price and value!
We love this amazement for the amazing people who work here! Our favorite bartender Kian and favorite server Jamie have always made my and my wife visit excellent. We will continue to come for the staff that goes over and over with service and kindness.
Lively atmosphere on a Saturday night. Great Gyoza (as always / Fave and Pub Burger. Server was friendly and often came by to check us out. Brown's is always safe to enjoy with an extensive menu and helpful staff!
