After hearing about this establishment for some time, I decided it was finally time to dine with my family at the Brownstone Pancake Factory. Upon arrival, the parking lot area located adjacent to the restaurant was crowded. It is free, but be preparedto wait at least a few minutes for an available spot and to be seated! My party and I were seated in the covered outdoorsection of the restaurant, where my table had a clear view of the lobby area. This restaurant is family friendly! This place exceeded our expectations; the hype is definitely justified! We tried the sweet apple pie pancakes and the fried chicken waffle, and we have no complaints about the food. Our server Chris was very kind and friendly. The only downside is the limited parking, even though the lot is fairly spacious, but I see this as a positive sign for the business. For first-time visitors, I recommend arriving right when they open or shortly after to avoid the rush and not have to wait for a table. I will undoubtedly be back soon!
Wow, just wow! Texas has some competition because everything is bigger at Brownstones. I had heard great things about this place, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The portions are so generous that you can easily share any dish or milkshake with someone else. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the waffles and pancakes. My brother mentioned that the penne was full of flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive. The drinks were great as well!
The food was absolutely delicious—without a doubt, the best breakfast place in the area! I had breakfast there, and the price per person ranged from $20 to $30. I would give a perfect score of 5 out of 5 for the food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Eggs Benedict, Fresh Waffle with Strawberries and Cream, Wrap, and Pancakes with Pork Carnitas. Just so you know, the Eggs Benedict is served with Hollandaise sauce, which is not to be missed!

This is a fantastic spot for pancakes and waffles, especially if you enjoy them with exciting toppings. The waffles are particularly impressive—crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The eggs were slightly overcooked, but that was a minor issue. The juices are freshly squeezed, and the milkshakes are incredible. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place for breakfast any time of day!
I always have a great experience at Brownstone Pancake Factory! Their second location is just as impressive as the original. We visited after our hike at Palisades Park, and the food was delicious! The service was friendly and quick, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I really appreciate their creative take on breakfast classics. I will definitely be returning!
The food is the best, the atmosphere is good and the place is very nice, but the parking is complicated, it seems like there are no rules, people fight for a spot, I waited 30 minutes and when I found a spot another car came in from the other side and parked, and I didn't care about the wait of the others, they should do something about this
Great service , the menu is huge. If you are going for the first time, it will probably be a good idea to check the menu ahead to save some time.
