Service was almost excellent, service is relatively quick. Chateaubriand was ok. A good piece of meat (charges start from 600 g, our piece was rather smaller). Medium/Medium rare. I don't understand why they serve it with fries... but you can order another side for an additional charge. Desserts (sorbet, creme brulee) were rather bad in my opinion. Wine good too. a pity to leave the island and not try some of the so meats but enchanted with the restaurant with the kitchen at sight and very good service, I will return to the meat! appetizer detail, variety of good bread with rich sauces and it caught a lot of attention to see how they prepared the pier at the table and of course their famous oven that roasts at 800 degrees! I did not need to try so meats to know that they should be spectacular, I was expecting more of the cook
