I came here based on my search on Yelp for a fresh turkey. Brunk's did not disappoint and offered fresh turkeys from Diestel Family Ranch. The price is high but I want quality when it comes to an important holiday like Thanksgiving. When we cooked the turkey, it turned out amazing and was hands down the best turkey I've eaten. The taste, texture and tenderness of the chicken was second to none. Their location is clean and straightforward, staff is courteous, and the coolers are loaded with many options of beef, chicken, turkey etc. I did not get to try any of their cheeses they offer but they definitely are on my radar for my next visit. I cant wait to come here for some great steaks and pri...

Discovered Brunk’s Butchery on Instagram and finally had the chance to visit due to my love for steaks. Arriving a bit late, I found the place closed, but to my surprise, the owner came out and warmly invited me in, assuring it wasn't an imposition. I ended up purchasing three thick slices of prime ribeye, and they were nothing short of amazing – perfect marbling and incredibly flavorful. Excited to return and explore their offerings further, especially looking forward to trying their dry-aged ribeye!

After reading some of the reviews on their sandwichs I decided to give them a try. Well I was disappointed. First of all, no tomato or lettuce used for the sandwich. They used scredded cheese instead of sliced cheese which falls out as you the sandwich. The bread was a bit dry/tough to chew on. The saving grace was the amount of meat which was good. Luckily I bought a bottle of water to help swallow the dry bread sandwich. I was looking forward to a good sandwich for lunch. Time to move on.

Great little shop with great BIG steaks. Owner is here, along with her nephew at the counter. What a pleasure to shop here. It's really small, but they make the most of it. Try the Greek olive oil. I got some in a refillable bottle. Great product! Sweet, light, and better than the grocery store stuff. They have sandwiches too?! Didn't know that. I would have snagged one or 2. Next time.
