I don’t like leaving bad reviews and we try to support family business but brysons deserve this review we are from Fermanagh and always eat here while in magherfelt we normally enjoy it and usually have the lasgena......but on this occasion we arrived in and stood at the bar for at least 10 mins no one came to bar so we took two menus and went to sit down the first seat we found was covered in broken glass so we found another .....we looked at the menu my husband went to the bar stood again for awhile before shouting hello only for a grumpy dark haired woman to look out of a door not even speak to him and shout Emma service .....Emma arrived and was less than pleasant took our order we where...
I booked a table for a party of 13 for lunch, I enquired at the time would it be okay to leave balloons in for decoration. On the phone they said it was no problem all details were confirmed. I left two separate balloon decorations in an hour before our table was booked, one for either end of the table, there appeared too be no issue with the booking. On arriving at exactly our booked time we were told we had to be moved as a larger party had arrived and wanted our table! We were moved to a corner were we all had to sit at different tables. Who knew food could be so good? Myself and my family are regulars here at Brysons Magherafelt and are here every Saturday without fail! The food is beyond delicious and always catered to suit the needs of our fussy children. Not only is the quality of the food outstanding but the customer service provided is phenomenal. Everyday we walk in we are greated with a smile and a warm welcome. Emma is always so attentive of our needs and never fails to exceed our expectations! We had a fantastic night and couldn't have been treated better. Wonderful food my wife and I left Happy and content. Beautiful soup glfor starter and a fantastic burger for main. The entire menu was appealing but went for the burger. Cooked to perfection. It was extremely good value for money too! My wife had the goujons and she loved them too. Special mention to Emma for making our visit so warm and welcoming and couldn't have been more attentive a real credit to the establishment. We shall be back for sure. I reserved the red room for a private party and halfway through the night, the music was abruptly turned off and not turned back on upon request. An employee was rude to members of my party and even followed us into the smoking area and bathroom multiple times, instructing us to leave if we were not actively using those spaces. Despite having the room reserved until 1 a.m., we were asked to leave at 11:30 p.m. I left the establishment in tears and was disappointed to receive neither a partial refund nor an apology for the poor experience.
Me and my Hubby been coming here since we got married 7 years ago and it’s always been our home from home. Fantastic friendly service, great food and amazing value. We have always especially loved the festive atmosphere here over Christmas. We live closer to Cookstown than Magherafelt but choose Brysons over and over again because of its star quality. Looking forward to many more happy years of relaxation and enjoyment with our two stars Emma and Patricia
Called in for Sunday lunch 2 course meal £10 each was tempted by the dessert for only another £3.95, brilliant value and meal was excellent, the roast beef just melted in your mouth and the desserts all home made!! Service was second to none, friendly yet professional staff definitely will be back to try the A la carte menu next time
I stopped by Bryson's for lunch today and was not disappointed. I started with the Buffalo wings and then had the steak wrap, both of which were delicious and great value for the money. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon.

Called into Brysons as a mid week treat. Ok neither of us would cook dinner. However on these occasion we can certainly recommend Brysons. Hospitable friendly service and good food at reasonable prices. Thankyou.
