Did we even have a server? I think the person who took our drink orders and brought us our drinks must have been cut from the floor. We must have been transferred to someone else who totally forgot we existed. She never came back. Someone different brought out our food and then nothing. Crickets. No one checked on us at all- I was going to have another drink but no one showed up. I had to go to the bar for our ticket and a box. Food was mediocre at best (seafood boil and feast). Our bill came to $90 for my 16 year old daughter and I. There are so many more options in the mall of America- I’m disappointed that this is what we picked. We will not be back.
Waiter was an idiot. Call him speedy, spent no time at the table and was very impatient. Had to remind him several times for the rest of my food order. Asked about, need anything, but never would wait for a response. Wifes, ' dinner was not available and took forever to take a reorder. Did learn at the end of the meal, if you need something, flip the plate to stop forest stop, they will stop at the table. Would have been nice to know, mabey speedy would not have been, so speedy. Positive note, foodis excellent.
The food was excellent. I ordered a shrimp po' boy, but they informed me that they were out of shrimp for that sandwich. It's a Bubba Gump Shrimp, so how do you run out of shrimp? Also, the constant advertisements for their credit card club were quite bothersome. I’m not interested in signing up for anything; I just want to enjoy my meal. Overall, I will definitely return the next time I’m in town.
This place was AMAZING ? we started with Gumbo, and it was delicious ? then I ordered the surf and turf while my girl got the fried chicken, and everything was cooked to perfection very tasty. ? I would absolutely recommend this place the atmosphere is fun and the food is great. The drinks are on point ? and the merch is one of a kind. If your thinking about it, don't walk here, Run Forrest Run ?

Laura, the manager, was very attentive. Great service overall. Their system was down so we did an old style credit card paper checkout. Laura seemed stressed with the situation but she did great. The kids meal comes in a cute little boat and comes with jello. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids.
I love this place! The food was on POINT! Shrimp was crispy and flavors were amazing. I recommend the gumbo and the I 'm stuffed shrimp ? best shrimp I 've ever had. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient staff. The decor and space was enjoyable as well.
Jordan was THE GOAT! He made sure I had the BEST care with all of my food allergies. The manager (Kelli) helped so much, and the food was GREAT! Thanks for taking great care and helping me to enjoy my visit!!!
Typical American junk food place. When you see it crowded you think the food is a must try. Service was excellent nice staff but the food was terrible you eat only if you’re hungry. It’s one time place.

Our only complaint is that there was a strong smell of disinfectant when we sat down, particularly when they cleaned the tables nearby. It was almost overwhelming.
