This Bubbakoo?s used to be really consistent and friendly! I used to go a couple times a week and tip a fair amount each time, but the new staff members are rude and continually mess up my order. I?ve been going to this restaurant for 4+ years and have never had an issue until the past few months. Issues happen, but every time I?ve gone recently my order has been wrong and the new teenagers on staff look at me like I?m bothering them for asking them to correct my order. It always takes way way longer now too. Really really frustrating. Not to mention I never get charged the same price. My order will cost $8 one day and $12 the next depending on the employee. Plus the portions are way smaller...
I always love the service and food here. The staff is very friendly and the food is surprisingly exceptional. It might look like a fast food joint but the quality is far from it. This place has given me the best quesadilla I've ever had in my life ? Jamaican jerk with boca, guac, and toppings inside of it... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This was the longest I’ve ever waited past the pickup time. My burrito was sitting there unfolded for about 10 minutes while the staff just stood around chatting and doing nothing. The service was absolutely terrible.

My first experience was disappointing. The mobile order was incorrect, and several items were missing. Additionally, the food lacked flavor. I should have just gone to Chipotle instead.
The staff were very polite, and the crispy chicken burrito bowl was delicious and affordable. I wish they offered whole wheat wraps, but at least they had brown rice.

Awesome staff and guest service! Chiwawa was an amazing dish. Look forward to hopefully travel back to Jersey to have again!
