The three young employees working tonight (Monday before Thanksgiving) were fantastic! With a large order, we often expect at least one mistake or missing item from other restaurants. However, after ordering through the app, everything was perfect. They went above and beyond by including all the sauces and packaging them securely in bags that were easy to carry to the car. Their friendly smiles, genuine eye contact, and warm words made for a wonderful service experience—something that's hard to come by in the restaurant industry these days. We will definitely return not just for the delicious food, but for the excellent service as well. Thank you! Keep it up!
This is a fantastic restaurant! I placed a to-go order for nachos, and both the person who prepared my order and the cashier were exceptionally friendly and polite. The prices are also excellent—my nachos, which had to be a pound of toppings, cost just a little over $10, and I received a complimentary well drink since I'm a student. My only complaint is that they used cilantro, which I'm not a fan of, but that's common in many Mexican restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
On October 14, 2022, I was refused service by Tom Parks, the manager, for no apparent reason. I felt discriminated against and was even embarrassed when he called the Long Branch Police Department, creating a scene on Brighton Avenue.
There's never a wait, and I'm always warmly welcomed when I arrive. The quality and flavor of the food are consistently excellent. For just $10, you get much more in your bowl than at Chipotle—plenty of food for 2-3 servings.
