Buca Di Beppo - Table reservation

We sent to Bucca de Buco for a quick dinner on Christmas afternoon. The first thing that happened was the person who seated walked to the far corner of the restaurant and my husband has a lot of difficulty walking, and was somewhat frustrated we were so far back, but he probably didn’t see my husband had difficulty. The lovely booth we were seated, had a hole in the seat the size of a dinner plate. Wondering how long it was there, but my husband sat on it. Our server Dean was a lot of fun and yet very attentive. Super busy night and our waiter was clearly overwhelmed. Service was subpar. Food was good. We got seated close to the bathroom and we could smell the urinal throughout the dinner. Will order take out next time instead.

I understand that it was Christmas Day. The food was cold, my pasta was very dry. I felt bad for the staff and it was not how I remember Bucca.

Das war WONDERFUL. WASSER WAS SO NICE, ATTENTIVE UND PLEASANT I REQUESTED MY SALMONTO BE CRISP ... IT WAS PERFECTION!
