The server we had was horrible. She took forever to come take our food order. I also put in that it was for a birthday, they didnât do the happy birthday song. The server didnât ask us if we were here celebrating anything. Didnât offer desserts. Didnât offer refills on our drinks when the cups were sitting empty on the table. We had to call her over to take our order while the whole time she was in the area she was cleaning off tables and resetting tables not acknowledging us to take our order. really great, decadent Italian good, which will need a HEFTY-Nap response. service was very friendly and the entire interior is so incredibly charming and comfortable. bathrooms are also fun with their posters and art. everything we got was delicious, but above all we loved their cranberry garnish green apple salad, their filled pasta dishes and their creamy chicken carbonara. also small sizes are very large, since everything is intended to share. definitiw would come back
The food was delicious and the portions were very good. We had a lot to take home for later. The service was not too great. Our waitress forgot to bring some of the drinks we ordered and never brought out the garlic bread she promised to bring several times. Overall the atmosphere was good and my daughter and her friends enjoyed celebrating her birthday. We were appreciative of the birthday dessert.
I treat a girl as she should. to eat and get them out for shopping. great place to eat safely. I love eating Italian. restaurant serves all family style. with other words, very large parts. the food was great. service was great. all about a great experience. many remaining that are still to be found later. well done buca. in any case will be recommended and will definitely come back.

grace duncan has an amazing tour and background of the restaurant. the service was top notch and eating was even better. our children enjoyed spaghetti and meatballs as well as the cheerful garlic bread! I highly recommend for families and friends! great options, great service and great atmosphere! stop them at this place when they are hungry and want brot with those they love!
the first time here in over 15 years. fantastic eating. the opposite in which we were, was somewhat busy so that the service was a little out, but that is to be expected when it is busy.
Our server, Nick, was fantastic! The only downside was that it got a bit noisy due to a home party happening behind us, which made the entire room quite loud.
The restaurant lacked napkins, and the service was slow despite it not being very busy.
