I booked a reservation for 4:15, even though I knew I probably didn’t need one for that time of day because I can get points. Well, the hostess didn’t bother to check me in, which caused issues (no-show for my reservation). I had a feeling I should have asked her to do it in front of me, but I sat down and forgot. Besides that, had a good experience..which should be expected since we were the only ones dining in the restaurant at the time. However, they didn’t have pizza because the “dough was not rising correctly”. That was disappointing, but it ended up saving us money as we decided to just share one entree (which we didn’t even finish among 3 adults).
I came here for my 18th birthday today by far the best choice I made. Not only was the food very delicious and fresh, but the workers here are very kind also. Not only do they have tasty food but their decor is amazing very beautiful. It's cute nice andyou can get cute photos. I would 100% recommend this place to others, I promise you, you'll love it ????????
With reservations, we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table, even though the place was half empty. They were out of wine glasses and meatballs at 5:00. We waited over an hour for our food after ordering. Cost was almost $400 for six people. Overall, a bad experience for the price.
Our waiter was fantastic - we never had to ask for anything because he constantly checked in on us. We were at the Howe Avenue location at 11am on April 11th. Unfortunately, we can't remember his name, but he was always friendly and had a smile on his face!

My coworkers and I went to this restaurant for dinner, not realizing that the only option was to order platters for the table in a family-style setting. The walls are decorated with fun photos, giving the restaurant an Italian-themed Applebee's vibe.
Server was unattentive, never acknowledged reservation was booked as a birthday. Frequently walked by our table without asking if we needed anything, sat ready to pay for some time.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent as well. We enjoy our time at Buca di Beppo.
