We ordered from this restaurant online from work. It was a large order and we placed it on line. We picked up the order and found that there were items missing. After contacting the store we were told that they would not deliver the items (being at work we couldn't leave again) and if we wanted a refund we had to go through door dash because they process there online orders. After asking to speak with a manager we were left on hold for more than 10 min. There is no way to contact the company except to call and no directions or warnings that your order is going through door dash making it virtually impossible to get your money back. Absolutely will never eat here again.
First time eating at that place, it's a fast food kind of place but for shawarmas. A whole bunch of teenagers working there who wrap your food quickly but carelessly, lamb shawarma was bland and tasteless. They would wrap everything even if you want to sit there and eat. Hand written signs every where to pay for your sides first ??? ?(Also the parking lot in the front was broken and Bathroom were very dirty and smelly.
The chicken shawarma was served cold and poorly assembled, lacking any attention to detail in its preparation. The staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than on their work. I couldn't help but wonder where the management was during all of this. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
I literally just ordered a Trish salad and they are offering buy one get one chicken shawarma so I got that too. I get one shawarma, and a carryout bowl full of steak pieces and a few onions and like two tomatoes. No cucumbers,little to no feta, no oil. Don't do your delivery customers like that.Food: 2/5

The restaurant in Bucharest on Jefferson is using an excessive amount of peppers and not nearly enough lettuce. They can keep the crackers—those were mostly all I had along with the peppers. Where’s the chicken? I won’t be returning anytime soon. Wishing you a blessed day!
The food is delicious and the portions are quite generous. It offers excellent value for money. This place tends to get very busy, so it’s advisable to place your order in advance to reduce wait times. Food rating: 5/5.
The fattoush didn't have any sumac so it lacked any of the tangy flavor that the dish is known for. The lamb on top was juicy but also almost too greasy: Service is ok and the vibe of the place is very minimalist.

Everything is smaller and the shawarma was cold from the cabbage. Hardly any garlic sauce on it too. Stop expanding and put the focus back on quality.
