Just friendly customer service advice. We are still not sure if Covid 19 is entirely over. It was very troubling walking into your establishment yesterday, and it was extremely filthy. More disturbing was the staff standing around talking and not making sure the store entrance was presentable. It was a spill when I entered the door where the free magazines sat. I felt like I was going to fuss like it was my house! I had to realize that I couldn't check them. ? Long story short short story long….it was very untidy and unwelcoming. Terrible customer service, when I called to place my carry out order, that should have been a red flag. This was my 1st time patronizing this franchise. I was trying to support neighbor businesses. When placing my order, the associates phone etiquette was less than desirable. When picking up my order, I received the same energy, as if I was undeserving of courteous customer service. I did notice how young the staff were. Maybe a little customer service training would help. As it stands, the food was mediocre at best, not worth the money for disrespectful service.
yummmm hallelujah!? this was a DoorDash order and it was perfect from beginning to end. that was so tasteful and juicy. the salate was fresh and well chopped. fresh sweet- delicious dress. in contrast to so many places that exaggerate the chicken where it is dry and tasteless - this place nails it! I ordered a small side of hummus and it was delicious. the additional side of pita brot was fresh and chewing. So that's worth it? that was lunch and dinner. I can't always afford to do doordash, but as a special tasty, this will be one of my way? S
eating is really good, but the customer service is terrible and waiting is very long. parking is a headache because of her location and if you ask yourself what the silver is on the lid, it is a clip. Yeah, a clip. not the first one I found at this place in my eating. at least I didn't bite them! I am very cautious and aware of how I get and I try to throw over it before I eat to check for unbearable objects.
I love Bucharest but I do not like this particular location they continue to burn my chicken every time and I?m sure it?s not just me how can I enjoy my food if all I taste is the burnt. Like omg this is the last time they will mess up for me like I?m literally on my lunch break picking burnt chicken out my salad ? that doesn?t taste good at all I can?t ignore this issue
that was very disgusting!? I was wasted 30 mice over salty, there were no sweet and greasy mash yes I said it! the chef in the evening makes the best salate and scary, it is not salty or fat! but whoever they have, during the day, they fire him, they or he will sue this restaurant!
Came here for Friday lunch and ordered 2 buch shawarmas and they were delicious! Chicken was grilled perfectly and still very juicy. The sauce was delicious. But the best of all was the pickles! Crunchy but not salty, the best pickles I have ever tasted.
The Livernois location is my favorite location! The food is always fresh, whether I pick it up or order delivery! The portions are generous. I have been going here for years will continue
The grilled chicken salad was absolutely amazing! Whew! Had me ready to get one for lunch and dinner! The vinaigrette also goes very well with the salad!
