Bucky Moonshine's - Table reservation

First time trying this place out with my coworkers. We ordered to go because we were limited on time during our lunch break. There was a total of 7 orders and First off the food was cooked rather quickly. We called and placed the order over the phone 20 minutes before opening. We were told all orders will be ready in 20 minutes?. When we arrive to pick up we all notice we had a 15% gratuity added to each bill. Surprising considering we ordered to go. Second the portions were very small and shady for the price we paid. And to top it all off, the food was horrible. Each and every one of us, 7 remember, had a complaint about our food. If you look at my explorations of food and beverage, you'll find a fella that loves great food. And ya can bet I have found some real gems for flavor. For me, this place ranks way way up in the best of them. The food was bang'n! I ain't jokey-jokester about it. This is really good food. And when I came in the door, a line of patrons were singing in unison like a Irish pub, but they were singing classic Hip-Hop rather than Irish drinking songs. I knew every word, so... that's how I roll. I sang along. And I drank cold beer and dined like a Cajun King.This was a Five Star Experience from food to server to my finding joy in a dining out experience.Parking: Expensove Parking FLAT RATE ABOUT $20

The service was really bad. The boudin balls were really tasty and the other food was okay. I think they were tired and ready to go. They were probably hot and irritated because the a/c didn't seem like it was working well.Food: 3/5

Chill atmosphere for a Thursday night. Wish they had party tables For families or at least bar table height booster seats for kids. Food was great. Large portions. Drinks Were great! Service was great.Food: 5/5

Tasty, fresh food. Ordered Boudin balls and fried Catfish Atchafalaya. Delicious! However, gratuity was included; I dined solo. Will be back though!Food: 5/5
