I ordered online traveling through and was told it was ready at 6:41pm so I went in (I could see my order behind their area on the back table), patiently waited in line to tell them I have an order to pick up. They had me stand to the side as I watched 8+ people get served their food who were behind me. The cashier was adamant with whoever was working in the back about my order but no one listened until she grabbed someone and told them. The whole time my order was sitting right where I could see it. I got it at 7:05pm and sadly it was cold. The customers were super nice though and welcomed me from out of town. I never call back or go back, etc., but that makes a few times when I have time, I dive (from this reason.) yes, it is always good. tonight I didn't get my hush puppies in both orders (I bought 2.) sometimes I only order hush puppies because I love them so much. this makes this happen several times. I usually go through my crates to make sure, but I don't have today. please be attentive; I love them. the illuminated order sign for Tuesday evening special orders says hush puppy. I still command others, but not tonight. I have no hush puppy and my dinner is cold because I write this notiz brad wantland, gm.
my daddy and I stopped by here after I made some funerals. eating was good as usual. but the customer service is sucked. Bud would be grounded! I know I worked with him in magnolia. cashier was very rude for another customer. he bought his food back and she said what wrong hating. then when he asked for more cheese, she was really hating said what! I know a lot has changed in the 20 years since I left the Magnolia shop. but customer service should always be excellent!
horriben customer service, they literally hastened them through the drive thru. then they ask if they want sauce on or on the side and I on the side and got no single side of the sosse. the coslawe was even disgusting together with the bun and ridden. that are lazy people! and rude. do not go to this cucumber to keep the on kingston instead of!!! big. everyone is always rude. management must not understand how to order correct inventory or hire decent crew. hog backkartoffeln must be removed from this menu. they are waiting in line 20 minutes or more to talk, as müll and every time they are from kartoffeln.
Walk up counter to order. Food was read for pick-up quickly. Hush puppies were very good as were my wings and hubby's brisket. If we were to pass this way again, we would definitely stop here for a quick bite.
The pork had no texture and soggy. Green beans and bake beans were very bland. Hush puppies were good tho just half the size than normal.Buddys BBQ just ain't the same.

Saturdays are all you can eat ribs days. Worth every penny. Choice of sides and tasty hush puppies. Service was great.
