Buenazo Fine Peruvian Cuisine

The food was not bad, not great... certainly much better Peruvian restaurants and at better prices too. While the food is okay at best the service is horrendous. There only seems to be one server and she is horrid, one of the worst servers I have ever encountered. She is rude and extremely disrespectful. We drove from far away and she was vile because my daughter forgot to call her back to tell her the final count in our party (8). There were maybe 3 tables, 2 which left within 5 minutes of us finally getting sat but first she yelled at me because my daughter didn't remember to call her back...guess she was excited about celebrating her birthday, which was the only reason we didn't leave. I ordered the bisteck a lo macho, but it was incredibly spicy and had a terrible taste. There were no other options available on the menu, and I found it impossible to communicate with the staff, especially the manager. Despite informing them that I cannot eat spicy food, they did not try to address the situation. Additionally, the side of beans I ordered had an excessive amount of oil. The communication with the staff, particularly the person in charge, was difficult. Overall, this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service was terrible.

Upon entering the restaurant, we encountered an older man who was quite rude. All we did was inquire about possibly moving to a different table, but he responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. As a result, we decided to leave immediately.

This San Fernando restaurant is a hidden gem. The Peruvian food is authentic and made with love by a family-owned business. The dishes are always fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming.
